1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Applicable taxes may be charged. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription fees, setup fees, implementation charges, and add-on purchases are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

5. Data Processing

The Customer acts as the Data Controller. The Provider acts as the Data Processor and processes personal data only to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with law, and fulfill documented customer instructions.

6. Cookie Policy

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication, security, and session management. Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies may also be used where permitted by law. Users may manage cookies through browser settings.

7. AI Usage Policy

AI-generated content may contain errors. Customers are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated quotations, pricing, product descriptions, legal content, and business decisions before use.

8. Security Policy

We are committed to maintaining the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Platform and Customer Data by implementing commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, security monitoring, backups, and infrastructure updates where applicable. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, credentials, devices, and networks, and for assigning appropriate user access. While we continuously work to protect the Platform, no system or method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not warrant that the Services will be free from security incidents, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access. We may deploy security updates, patches, or protective measures at any time to safeguard the Platform, and where required by applicable law, we will notify affected Customers of confirmed security incidents involving Customer Data without undue delay.

9. Sub-processors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our third-party service providers maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and privacy practices.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, software, trademarks, APIs, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Provider. Customers retain ownership of their uploaded content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of the Platform or Services.
